Pastor Ben Crerar
Ben was born and raised in upstate New York. Though he grew up in a christian home, he says it wasn’t until his teenage years until he became a true Christ-follower. A few years and a couple of declared college majors later, he got serious about asking God to show him which career path to follow. Through much prayer and deliberation, he felt God lead him toward pastoral ministry. Since then he’s earned a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Divinity degree. Along the way he met his wonderful wife, Beth, at Southern Adventist University. They have been married since December of 2012. Although they don’t have any kids yet, they do have a rambunctious Labradoodle called Ellie. Ben has many hobbies including backpacking and hiking, mountain biking, wood working, working on cars, playing guitar and drums, gaming, Arduino tinkering, and building an occasional Lego model. He is passionate about being “real” in spirituality, and helping others experience God in a genuine way.
