Church Business Meeting
Hamilton Community Church will have an Official Church Business Meeting on Sabbath Sept 21 (next week) after potluck at 2pm. The agenda will focus on the choosing process of the Selection Team, the choosing process of the Nominating Committee, which is indeed about the selection of the HCC leadership for the next 2 years and beyond. This is the first CBM since Dec 2018, and there will be voting. Proxy votes are not allowed. All members are encouraged to attend. More details to follow.
Candle light communion is on a Friday evening, October 11 at 7pm. A light supper will be provided. Please come and share this experience with your church family. All are welcome. If you are able to help decorate or hand out the bread and juice PLEASE contact Susan Jones-Hayes
Trunk or Treat
Help Promised Land invite 1,000 families to church! Decorate your trunk and hand out candy or small toys. Bring individually wrapped candy or small toys to our display help us reach our goal of 100,000 pieces!
HCC Youth Opportunity Breakfast
Junior, and High School Youth & Parents - you and your amazing Kids are invited on Sabbath October 5 at 10am to a special breakfast feast and discussion about opportunities for your youth to get involved and connected here at HCC. Mark your calendars and come hungry!
The first Sabbath of each month while college is in session Hamilton Community Church will be hosting a Potluck lunch for College Students this. All college students are invited to come and bring a friend. Students do not need to bring anything but their hearty appetite!
Every 3rd Sabbath of the month HCC has Potluck. Please bring food to share and eat lunch here at the church. If you were not able to bring food, please stay eat and fellowship anyway.
Every 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sabbath HCC has Children’s church.
